Charming home in a country location. Would stay again.

King bed was super comfortable.House was clean and I appreciated the covered parking. I was there for work and it was so much better than a hotel. Kitchen fully-stocked for my needs. Thank you, Gretchen. Also liked seeing the farm animals next door.

Quiet and Spacious

Great property with lots of space and peace and quiet, not far from downtown Franklin. Older house. Mattress in Master Bedroom is quite firm (I slept fine but others may not prefer that).
